![]() Deep knowledge of advanced risk analytics and techniques.Current knowledge of market trends and competitive marketing analysis.Prior experience in managing credit policy for consumer lending portfolios, business analytics, and P&L analysis.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 10 years of risk strategy experience in credit cards and skilled in credit card portfolio and existing account management.The ideal candidate will have the following: Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding CFC’s customers and assets.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Prepare and present presentations to senior leadership that include analytics on expected portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas of potential risk and/or opportunity.Utilize Statistical Analysis System (SAS) to perform risk, financial and data analyses including profiling, sampling, forecasting and new program due diligence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management across the organization.Remain current with industry risk trends through training, conferences, and competitive industry analysis.Identify gaps/opportunities and drive actions.Document and communicate results and escalate issues as necessary.Monitor performance of strategies and portfolios.Understand credit risk and develop approaches to mitigate loss and responsibly grow revenue.Innovate to build risk strategies to embrace data driven decisions.Understand applicable credit policies, industry regulations and the requisite impact of those governance items to prospective new partners or product initiatives.Evaluate partnership based on deep understanding of Subprime Consumer Credit Cards and the P&L dynamics for lending.Manage portfolio analytics for various initiatives and marketing campaigns or acquisitions.Develop framework for portfolio risk assessment including evaluation of credit and financial performance in credit card products and recommend requisite strategies for tightening/expansion within risk strategy.***CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)*** The position requires deep knowledge of credit risk analytics and astute communication skills.
